i'd finally tried the marigold peel fresh's mangosteen drink. since i'd not tried the fruit before, the next closest way of tasting it would be by drinking the juice. well, the drink smells suspiciously like apple and have a grapey aftertaste. besides tasting the two fruits, there is something creamier.

anyways, i was curious about the mangosteen being the queen of fruits so i googled about it. there were insufficient information to back up that claim. while the fruit is always a healthy purple in pictures, the actual fruit i see is no where close to it. it's usually a dirty-looking mass which is so unappealing. so how in any way could it be crowned queen?
i want to try the fruit! and this time, i have to peel the fruit myself. anybody want to share a mangosteen?
